Rotterdam is a fine city with a great history and an old but pleasant architecture, and lately, they are working to add some buildings with a modern architecture. One great project is the Post Office which consists of a historical monument that was redesigned by the architecture firm UNStudio.

The project will feature a vertical entrance and the 100-meter high tower will consist of a hotel as well as conference spaces and optional offices therefore the structure will be mixed-use. Also, restaurants, cafes and bars will be found there, and we should mention that the urban landscaping towards the Coolsingel is great. The construction will be completed in 2012.
