Ultra-Expensive Chair Inspired By Sound Waves

Sound/Chair

Designers from all over the world are inspired by the weirdest ideas when they come up with something, but this one I really like. Although sound waves shouldn’t have anything to do with furniture, Londoner designer Matthew Plummer Fernandez thought a chair would look great with sounds waves in it and he was right.

Sound/Chair

The Sound/Chair is “a product with dual existence as both a sound and chair, and a new approach to designing products” and it’s made of water jet-cut polyethylene foam. In order to finish his product, Matthew Fernandez tested 719 different sound until he found the one that he wanted and the one that was looking great.

If you thought that the Sound/Chair you were wrong as the chair is available for a price of about £3950 or $7,270. Well, that’s a little too expensive, but Matthew should be rewarded for the work that he has done so if you haven’t decided what to buy (a nice car or a chair) I would recommend the chair. Check out the picture, maybe those will help you decide.
