Some people just don’t want to admit that they did wrong and they also keep doing the same thing. Well, probably they should be punished. You might remember that Apple has filed a suit against Psystar, the Mac clone manufacturer and they want for all clones to be recalled.
Most of the companies would be scared to be in a position like this, but Psystar is not scared and they went a little too far in my opinion. Not only that they are “definitely still shipping Open Computing products” and but they will “introduce restore utilities to enhance the computing experience for our customers at no extra cost,” which means that they will begin shipping Leopard OS restore disks as of this week.
I don’t know what to say but I think that they are wrong and they will lose the battle against Apple. I just can’t see a way out for them because they don’t want to stop. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens.
