The BlackBerry Storm is coming soon for users and this would be a great moment to remind you the key features of this smartphone. The Storm 9500 will be powered by a 624Mhz processor alongside 128MB of RAM and an internal storage of 1GB which could be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.

Being nicknamed the true iPhone Killer, the BlackBerry Storm’s spec list includes a 3.25-inch touchscreen  with a resolution of 360Ă—480 and 65,000 colors. Although the screen is bright and big, the battery should keep you 360 hours in standy and about 5 hours of talktime. Another advantage of this smartphone is that it features two QWERTY keyboards, one in landscape and the other is full QWERTY keyboard.

The BlackBerry Storm 9500 supports full HTML browser, IMAP4, POP3, Microsoft Exchange, and applications like Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live, AOL, ICQ, Facebook, MySpace and Flickr, but you can add others via the BlackBerry App Center.

Other key features consist of the 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus, Built-in GPS, BlackBerry Maps, BlackBerry OS 4.7, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0, DataViz document viewer/editor, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The BlackBerry Storm 9500 should be available in a few days or maybe a couple of weeks and according to RIM the smartphone will be very cheap so we’re looking forward to it.
